Here is a brief description of some of these special properties.

Garnets

Garnets are good to be worn for protection. Garnets have been used to aid in curing depression and emotional disturbances.

Emerald

Emerald can help with strengthening memory, as a natural tranquilizer to calm your mind, and to enhance your speech. Emeralds are considered to bring security in love.

Turquoise

Malachite is used to promote inner peace and hope. It is said to provide protection and security.

Jasper

Ruby - The ruby, perhaps the most valuable gemstone, is also considered by many to be the most perfect gemstone. Ancient people considered the ruby to be the perfect wedding stone. Ancient Egyptians honored the ruby for love, beauty, physical protection and good fortune. The ruby symbolizes the sun's energy, and is believed by some to contain the bloodline of humanity. A common Hindu belief maintains that the ruby burns with its own inner fire. This sensitive stone has a history of turning pale when its owner is in physical danger. Pearl

Pearl - Pearls have been associated with feminine energy throughout time.
